  1. Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

  1. Store Pickup

We regret that store pick up is not available.

  1. Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the same region of our warehouse. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Courier delivery is subject to the courier company's schedule and arrangement, which should not exceed 3 working days.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

  1. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer the following shipping options within Singapore:

  1. Courier : $3.80 flat rate. Delivery within 3 business days.
  2. Free Shipping (Postage / Mailbox) : Delivery within 3-5 business days, subject to SingPost’s schedule.

Please note that if you opt for free postage mailing, once the parcel leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for any loss of mail or delay. We do not own the postage company (read: SingPost) and are not in any position to make SingPost prioritize anyone, including you 🫵. We will provide proof of dispatch, and that is the most we can extend. If it leaves our hands and gets lost during transit, it's lost. You reserve your rights to take it up with the post office to attempt to retrieve your lost parcel, but please do not expect us to be responsible by asking us to do it for you. Postage is technically not free - it's free because we're absorbing the cost of postage.

You reserve your suspicions on whether we have sent out your order, which we will back up with proof of dispatch. However, do understand that we also reserve our suspicions on whether you have received it and claimed you didn't.

And for heaven's sake, no. Just no. It doesn't mean you're upset with your choice of delivery options, and we'll have to be responsible for your choice. Learn to accept responsibility. This is not a high-margin, highly profitable business, FFS.

If you want accountability, you need to start it. A good way is to start by choosing a trackable courier service. FYI – the actual cost of courier service is higher than what we are charging you when you're checking out. We're paying for the difference. That's our goodwill to our customers.

TL;DR: We're trying to be nice. Don't take us for granted.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the courier's website.

  1. Failed Deliveries

In the event that a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our delivery partner will leave a notice and attempt to redeliver. If delivery fails again, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  1. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sgpheromones.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
